Meditation & wellness in Trigg

A volunteer-run WA charity that gets autistic children and adults into the surf, started in 2016 and now with thousands of participants behind it. Free community events run at beaches around the state, including Trigg Beach in Perth, with wetsuits, boards, lifejackets and instructors supplied. Weekly Surf Experience sessions can be booked using NDIS funding.

Weekly crystal-bowl sound journeys at three venues across the metro — Trigg by the beach midweek and Sunday, with Fremantle and Victoria Park sessions on Sundays. Casual drop-ins run $44 and a three-session intro pack takes the edge off deciding. A guided meditation opens each session before the bowls take over.
