Meditation & wellness in City Beach

Outdoor group fitness, running clubs and personal training held at beaches and parks across the western suburbs — Leighton, City Beach, Swanbourne, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove and Dalkeith — plus lunchtime sessions in the CBD and Fremantle. Equipment is brought to the session, so there is no gym to join.

Eileen is an intuitive Reiki Master, certified sound therapy practitioner and certified Activator healer-coach in quantum and dimensional healing. Her City Beach practice offers intuitive reiki in person or at distance, sound healing, and tarot readings — singly or combined — with gift vouchers available.
