Community & Support in Perth

A registered WA charity running community art wellbeing programs — studio sessions, workshops and art and somatic experiences facilitated by peer workers alongside art and somatic therapists. Lyndal runs a monthly women's circle on the last Saturday of the month, 7–9pm, at the Fremantle Yoga Centre space on Petra Street. Evenings move through grounding meditation with sound, yin yoga, a cacao ritual and guided sharing by candlelight, with themes following the seasons and moon phases.
