Highly recommend for people and their families dealing with alcohol and other drug issues.
If it isn’t not convenient for them they drop you as a client, that unfortunately isn’t how addictions work and the sudden loss of support that this system puts you through is absolutely disgusting. I tried to contact them to organise appointments many times, no replies, ever. Until they randomly message me to drop me saying i have not contacted them? when i’ve tried too many times to count. This service is horrible, even worse than days mission australia!! Heather specifically from this service is very judgmental and is not trauma informed at all making out of pocket comments .
