Meditation & wellness in Victoria Park

A long-running WA counselling organisation whose free SMART Recovery groups meet across the Perth metro, north-east metro and Wheatbelt. Sessions are peer-led and structured around practical skills — motivation, urges, weekly goals — and are open to the public with no bookings or fees.

Dr Alex Freeman brings more than twenty years of practice to complex cases, joined by Dr Joel Maylor with an exercise-science background. Hands-on care spans adjustments, dry needling and soft-tissue therapy, with bulk-billed imaging available and no GP referral needed. Both practitioners are AHPRA-registered.
