From my first appointment until now the service has been amazing. You could not ask for better support.
Teresa is the best CDE I've ever seen. She's not only a great listener, but has always imparted excellent, practical, and useful advice, in relation to my T1 diabetes management. The only downside is how far I have to book in advance. First class 👍
I saw dietitian Paul and thought he was great. Supportive and a good listener, able to balance advice and encouragement as well as detail and accessibility. Price was good too. I plan to go back. Agree with others that the layout of the premises is a bit funny, technically two separate buildings, but think they've made great use of space to have all the services available on Albany Hwy and staff look after you to show you the way. I'd been to the pharmacy and GP there before and had no idea they had so much more in a second building.
I wish I had linked with PDC sooner! Jeff and the team were exceptionally helpful supporting me through some difficulties transitioning from international diabetes management systems to access products locally. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a great advocate for his patients. Can’t recommend Jeff and the staff at PDC enough!!
The staff are super friendly and competent. The treatment and advice I have received here has been first class and I have felt very welcomed. It's a bit of a hidden gem as it is tucked behind a chemist shop. Highly recommended.
