Tracey has been instrumental in keeping me working and running my own business for the last 6 months or so. I currently have a shoulder injury that will require surgery or Prolotherapy/ Stem Cell therapy to permanently repair and the lead times for these procedures can be lengthy so I've been receiving Traceys' Bowen therapy in the meantime. Tracey has been giving me Bowen therapy that has assisted me to keep working not only with my injured shoulder but also, because I've been using my left side more, the Bowen therapy has helped to keep my body more balanced, relaxed and capable of continuing my work. Tracey has a very personal and caring approach and I would highly recommend her services to anyone, not just with a specific physical injury like mine, but also to have your muscular system reset as many of us either physical workers or over 40's would benefit from. Tracey has also given advice on exercises to help with my injury. If you are reading this review it's because you are thinking of whether to book an appointment with Tracey. I would say YES just do it.... Your body will appreciate it!

I have had the absolute pleasure to attend a wonderful Flower healing Mandala workshop facilitated by Tracy O'Meara Smith from Silverdale Natural Therapy in Lesmurdie. The workshop was very grounding and left us all feeling in a complete state of calm and flowery bliss. Thank you so much for guiding us so beautifully through the meditations and visualisations as well as sharing all your incredible flower healing knowledge. Highly recommend and I am very much looking forward to the next offering 🌸💮

I have been going to Tracy for nearly 10 years now and have found both her Bowen work and flower essences amazing. She really gets your body to get back to a homeostasis and intuitively knows what it needs. The magic touch of the flower essence at the end of the session uncertain pressure points of your ear really brings you into such a calm and internal state of stillness. I highly recommend Tracy for anyone who cares about their body. I’m not only the physical but emotional, mental and spiritual level. She is gifted with the healing touch.

I have been seeing Tracy for Bowen Therapy for well over 5 years and have started taking my kids regularly as well. The sessions make a huge difference keeping me pain free and I always recommend her to friends and family. The kids (3 and 7) respond really well to the Flower-Bowen combo, especially the eldest who has adhd and is prone to tight muscles in her shoulders. After a session they are noticeably calmer, more settled, and relaxed. She is fantastic at what she does and her treatments consistently make a real difference to our quality of life.

Tracy at Silverdale Lesmurdie is exceptional at what she does. I have been going there for Bowen therapy for 6 years now and i couldn’t recommend her enough. I tried everything after a major back injury with little success, until I found Tracy. Her holistic approach, knowledge and care for all her clients is second to none and I would highly recommend her for any on going issues you may have , whether it’s neck, back or even stress related, she always seems to have the right answer.
