I’ve gone here for numerous appointments now and all very good experiences. Diane is knowledgeable and cares for her clients. Most recently I have been treated by Tess who is very friendly, and detailed in her waxing. Very glad to have found a good local waxing spot.

Tess was incredible. My first ever waxing experience and she made me feel incredibly comfortable, was attentive and reassuring, and chatting with her felt like talking to a friend. I’ll admit I was feeling self conscious at the start as it was my first Brazilian ever too, but she never once made me feel anything other than relaxed. Tess is a star. Thank you!

Due to relocation was looking for new place to do waxing. Google search suggests Brazilian butterfly. I booked week before big weekend, everything was smoothly, they took my deposit, 3 days before I had remain about my appointment on Friday, 24 hours before I had text message about charges if I cancel less than 24 hours, 15 hours before appointment I had email to full in the form.... And text messages that my appointment has been cancelled due to upset of the therapist. I did not choose any therapist as it supposed to be my first visit, not apologise or attempt to find other time or date 🤔🙄Only got my deposit back after call them in 5 days. Luckily, I found great place locally Overall, very disappointing experience
