A day retreat and a bushwalk are both on this page, and the difference between them is mostly how much of your day is planned for you.
Day retreats run four to eight hours in one place, usually with food, and combine two or three of movement, sitting, sound and rest. Weekend retreats add accommodation and a second morning, which is where most of the value is. Guided walks and forest bathing sessions are shorter and cheaper and generally ask nothing of your fitness beyond being able to walk for an hour or two. Surf and ocean sessions are the ones with actual conditions attached, and they get moved.
On practicalities: retreats book out further ahead than anything else in the directory, and the small ones fill first because they are small. Read what is included before comparing prices — accommodation, meals and transfers move the number a long way. For anything outdoors in Perth, check the forecast and the fire danger rating the day before, and expect a change of plan in summer.
