About
Sound baths in the hills above Armadale — fortnightly Sunday sonic immersions plus sunset, full-moon and cacao-ceremony sessions, with mats, bolsters and blankets provided. The bush setting is half the experience, and a three-event pass suits people who want it as a regular reset rather than a one-off.

Read all on GoogleI would definitely recommend a sound healing meditation to soothe away stress and calm the nerves. It left me feeling in a very relaxed state it was so hard to resist the pull into sleep. The mix of sound bowls, music, singing and other instruments and sounds was such a magical experience, very surprising and enjoyable. The location is also really lovely, overlooking a large pond.
So last night I went to RESTFUL WATERS in Bedfordale for the Sonic Emersion Evening Sound Bath. The place is easy to find with lots of parking. Beautiful peaceful atmosphere in the room, warm and comfortable. We were all offered more blankets and cushions if you needed them. The Sound Bath experience itself was quite magical. Everyone was respectful of their own space. Its hard to really describe what it feels like ( different for everyone) but for me i left feeling like I had been realigned and felt much taller and straighter. My insides were calmer and I had the very best nights sleep that I have had for ages. The room carried the vibrations so well at times you think that you are the only one there. This is something that I would recommend you just go and do in this beautiful place, the experience alone is totally worth it. Im definitely going back next month.
A very enlightening, powerful experience. I attended my first 9D Breathwork event ever! (Grief and Loss with Kim and her breath angels). I went with an open heart and mind and no expectations apart from an intentional step towards some self care with like minded others. What I came away with was so much more. I felt held, seen, heard, safe- all those feelings before the journey even started. The journeys the ladies shared at the start, were moving and affirming- I was meant to be there. The combination of the sound healing, the subliminal affirmations, the guidance through reiki and Kim’s supportive dialogue through the head pieces, helped me start to release tension, anger and sadness that has been weighing me down for many years. It helped me make connections from the signs and signals I have been seeing and reading for years. I was even lucky to receive personal messages from my loved ones who have past. Thank you so much Kim and your angels, for such a special experience. How beautiful you all are to dedicate your time and draw upon your experiences to help others navigate theirs 🦋
I attended Restorative Yoga with Live Pan Drum on January 28th at 6:30pm and absolutely loved it. The beautiful voice of our teacher accompanied by the hypnotic pan drum playing was so soothing and what I needed after a really busy few weeks. It was my first time at this delightful warm and welcoming space and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!
Went for the Saturday morning flow yoga with Bec. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am still a beginner to yoga and I felt completely comfortable while still getting a really good stretch and body mind connection. Would strongly recommend. Best way to start the weekend ever.
