I have been practicing Hot26 (bikram) for over a decade. I always need to find a hot studio to be my home based. Last year I moved to Perth from the east. I’m glad I found the yoga garage. The teachers are all bikram taught. Full dialect. I love Gen & Heidi ‘s class so far. I ‘d recommended this studio to practice Hot26 when you in Perth.

Really over crowded on weekend and public holidays. I think the company must be very greedy and want to get as much money per class as possible. Doesn’t seem to be a cap on how many people can go to each class. They said there were 6 people who hadn’t booked their class and we all needed to move over and make space so they could join… physically could not do the workout as I would hit the person in front of me and the person behind me was kicking me. If you are taking an hour out of your time and paying $35 in this economy, would be nice to actually be able to do the class properly. I get classes can get packed on a public holiday but if I can’t put my arms out without being on top of the person next to me that’s not really ok. You can literally feel people sweating on you dripping, and several people in the class were complaining about how over crowded they let it be, so I am not the only one who thinks this maybe just the first to write this. Then at the end of the class the lady goes “make sure to get here early and book or you won’t get a spot”… even though they all still got a spot? It then becomes much hotter than the studio should be, and just a really unpleasant experience. I absolutely love hot pilates but this was the worst experience I’ve had. Really disappointing and says a lot about the intentions of the owners. Clearly trying to make as much money as they can without having enough classes to do so.

I just started doing classes at The Yoga Garage. For my first class, I was a little nervous as I've never done Hot Vinyasa Flow before. The girls are reception were so friendly and the instructor Siobhan gave me a tour and what to expect during the class. It made me feel really comfortable and welcome which is sometimes hard to find when joining a new studio. Really looking forward to more classes here!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with The Yoga Garage! It’s my first time doing a mat pilates class and I love it so much. I have done reformer pilates for a few years, but the mix of reformer and hot mat feels so good. All of the instructors are energetic and motivating, I love a class with anyone!

It has been over 4 years since I was last in the hot studio so I was a little nervous about starting again in a new town. The Yoga Garage, however, were so welcoming I immediately felt at home. Such a friendly community. The studio is clean and very Zen. Although it is the hottest studio I have been to in Australia, it is very consistent so enables you to only focus on the yoga. I am so happy I found this place and plucked up the courage to walk through the door. Special mention to Sarah. Such a generous teacher. I feel blessed she took my first class so I could switch the self talk off!
