I had a deep tissue sports massage with Isabella today. Her knowledge, skill and targeted pressure for the massage was perfect and better than any other place I’ve been to. Thank you so much for fitting me in last minute and relieving my back and shoulder pain post surgery. I will definitely be coming back and recommending others!
I had my first massage from Hong Fei who was a genuine and kind bright soul. He helped heal my chronic neck and should pain with a very interactive massage. Great communication from the massage therapist to help pin point areas of pain. I would especially recommend this massage if you like firm pressure.
Unfortunately, I’d like to rate this place quite low. My masseuse was good, who was a uni student and very calming and sweet. I had both sessions with her last April and earlier this month. Enjoyed the deep tissue massage and found it relaxing both times. The two stars are for her. Although, when having tried to make a booking, communicating with another lady via email was not pleasant as I didn’t get any clear explanation I looked for from her response and my following query was ignored. Plus I didn’t feel welcomed at all at the shop either as she looked mad for some reason, which, intended or not, made me belittled in person. Now that I noticed there’s many other frustrated reviews and her aggressive reaction to those, reckoning what I experienced must be a normal day at this place, I’m convinced not to revisit here next time.
Excellent Remedial massage by Isabella. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Went in with specific pain and Isabella was able to identify and work on the trigger points. Would definitely recommend, I will be returning! Thanks again, Isabella!
I had a remedial massage with Isabella. She is amazing! The pressure was super firm which I loved and she got all the right spots. My back and neck are feeling much better afterwards. My only comment (which is not their fault) is to read the fine print when using a Groupon voucher. I booked online rather than calling and had to pay an extra $20 for booking online.
