Read all on GoogleAs a 'non-profit therapeutic organisation': good idealistically... but fairly sub-par in my experience. * 95% of the inmates... *residents: were male. And this does matter in therapy * Too many silly rules, restrictions, and boundaries. And to make this worse: enforced by other "residents" that were higher up on the food chain * Almost no direct/individual ccounselling, therapy or sense of personal belonging. No sense of freedom, space, or even personal dignity Essentially: as a "resident"...85% of your Centrelink income on a bed, shared toilet and shower, bad food, bland...meaningless group-orientated "sessions"

Palmerston – Improving Your Wellbeing On 16/10/25, I proudly completed my two-year rehabilitation journey with Palmerston, under the incredible care and guidance of an exceptional counsellor — Phebe, from the Katanning division. In a relatively short period of time, Phebe completely transformed my life. She showed me deep understanding and compassion, helping me uncover parts of myself I didn’t even realize were there. I never knew I carried childhood trauma until she gently helped me dig deeper into my mind and heart. What I once thought was “normal” turned out to be the source of my depression and anxiety. Through two years of dedicated counselling, Phebe guided me step by step toward healing, awareness, and growth. I’ve learned so much about myself and about life. Today, I can proudly say that I am totally healed. I feel like a new person — confident, happy, and filled with self-love. I now see life from a completely different perspective. My mind is calm; I no longer overthink or worry about other people’s opinions or negativity. I’ve developed a positive outlook and a new mindset, and I truly feel ready to open a beautiful new chapter in my life — all thanks to Phebe’s extraordinary work. Phebe, your ability to analyze words with precision and decipher thoughts with empathy is truly a gift. You have changed my life in ways I never thought possible. I am forever grateful for your counselling and your unwavering support. To anyone out there who is struggling with life’s challenges — I highly recommend booking an appointment with Phebe at Palmerston. She is genuinely skilled, understanding, and life-changing in her approach. Thank you, Phebe, for helping me heal and discover the best version of myself. You are truly exceptional at what you do — well done. P.s Through my trauma counseling, i was able to overcome my alcohol addiction and I’ve been sober now for 3-4 months and wont look back 😁 I feel great. Thanks again Palmerston and especially Phebe Steve.W.
I had Phebe Rejas as my councilor and was helped to get sober and learn a lot of techniques to help regulate myself and live healthier and better and was listened to and shown kindness and learnt how to be kinder to myself going forward also.
