Read all on GoogleI cannot recommend The Bridge Counselling highly enough. From the very first session at their clinic, I knew I had found something genuinely different from anything I had experienced before. Sharon is, without question, the most gifted therapist I have ever worked with. I have seen a number of counsellors over the years, and whilst some were competent, many felt formulaic or distant. Sharon is nothing of the sort. She brings a warmth and depth of understanding to every session that feels entirely authentic, and she has a remarkable ability to help you arrive at your own realisations rather than simply telling you what to think. Where previous therapists occasionally made me feel like a case study, Sharon makes you feel like a person. Her insight is both sharp and gentle, and the work we did together was genuinely life-changing for me. If you are considering therapy, Bridge is the place to go.
Sharon has been empathetic, kind, and responsive throughout a difficult time. I went to Sharon for couple's counselling and felt empowered after learning strategies to manage conflicts and improve trust. If anyone else is in a period of need, Sharon is a great person to turn to. Her guidance has made a world of difference.
Knowing Sharon for quite some time, she was a friend will go all the ways to help others. A passionate and understanding counsellor, through her life experiences also enable her to be a good listener and a heart to heart sharing person. To me she is a wonderful counsellor, a trustworthy person.

Sharon is thoughtful, professional and deeply compassionate. She creates a safe space that makes it easier to open up and work through difficult emotions at my own pace. Highly recommend if you're looking for grounded and effective support.
