Definitely an excellent spot for a cafe. Gorgeously decorated in timber and views to match the vibe. Japandi and beachy. The some of the booths look good but are small. Food to match the decor. Large servings and wholesome healthy choices. Japanese influence and the fusion does not disappoint. The service is friendly and lovely. Also very informed and for any health tips on food, don't have to hesitate to ask. It does get busy and reservations are recommended. Parking is limited. Toilets have a cute view. For a relaxed and busy vibe, I recommend coming here.

Great location, nice setting. Self serve to order. We went for breakfast and honestly, I ordered the vegie fritters and poached eggs, my friend ordered poached eggs on toast. Sounds good.. Yuck. It was all set on a bowl of rice. The fritters were mixed in the warm rice so they became an oily glug. Little to no bread with rice the feature for the other dish. If you want a high carb, heavy breakfast that will fit the bill. Mine as $28 served in a bowl.
Yeah the food was good, the views were awesome, we just had a very loud “look at me” guy trying to impress two women he was sitting across from. He would over talk them and us at the next table. He hasn’t learnt the one art of “listening” I wanted to say “Mate, when you mature a little, you’ll find out that if you ask questions and listen to the responses from women, you’ll get what you want” the poor bigger kept telling them how many places he had been that were better than the places these two women had been. Anyway… it can get loud because the seating in the booths can be very tight. Like I said though, food was good, views were great, atmosphere could have been better however, this place didn’t know the guy was a jerk when he booked the table. Oh one thing… I had the Smoked Tassie Salmon. If you guys actually read your reviews, seriously tell the chef to cut back on the salt. You can’t taste the “smoked” part of that salmon at all. Way too much salt. I still ate it, however… the fish was swimming in salt not long ago. It doesn’t need to drowning in it now. 😉

IllustrationA guided journal with short daily prompts: a few lines in the morning, a few at night. Undated, so a missed day costs nothing.
Makes a giftGoes well with Mindfulness coaching
Why we picked it
A journal only works if it is short enough to keep doing. This one asks for five minutes and three lines, which is the amount most people will actually write, and undated pages mean no guilt about the gaps. A good gift because nobody buys it for themselves.
IllustrationJames Nestor's account of how we breathe and how we used to, drawing on breathing traditions, pulmonology and his own experiments. Paperback edition.
Good for beginnersGoes well with Breathwork
Why we picked it
If a breathwork class has left you curious about why any of it works, this is the book to read next. It is a reporter's book rather than a manual, which is why it is so readable, and it sends most people back to class with better questions.
