A charming heritage cafe tucked inside Fremantle's historic Moores Building. We were there for breakfast first time and celebrated our son's birthday. It offers a relaxed European style ambience and deliciously crafted dishes. Definitely will return to try other items that we've yet to.

Moore & Moore was an absolute vibe The food and coffee were honestly 10/10, everything fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is super chilled, the staff are warm and friendly, and the bonus live music takes the whole experience to another level. If you’re in Perth, this place is definitely a must-visit. I wish I could start the morning like this every day . Will 100% be coming back.

Beautiful location, feels like Europe. Quirky and eccentric, which is a staple of what makes Fremantle great. Surprisingly a well suited dj at 9am on Thursday which was lovely Service was classic Aussie, very casual but it fit the theme. Food was quick, very large and well presented. Not overly expensive nor incredibly tasty but was worth the experience & vibe. Will be returning. Shaded area for doggo Which was appreciated.

Wellness journalsThe 5-Minute Gratitude JournalSophia Godkin, PhD

A guided journal with short daily prompts: a few lines in the morning, a few at night. Undated, so a missed day costs nothing.

Makes a gift

Goes well with Mindfulness coaching

Why we picked it

A journal only works if it is short enough to keep doing. This one asks for five minutes and three lines, which is the amount most people will actually write, and undated pages mean no guilt about the gaps. A good gift because nobody buys it for themselves.

Breathwork booksBreath: The New Science of a Lost ArtJames Nestor

James Nestor's account of how we breathe and how we used to, drawing on breathing traditions, pulmonology and his own experiments. Paperback edition.

Good for beginners

Goes well with Breathwork

Why we picked it

If a breathwork class has left you curious about why any of it works, this is the book to read next. It is a reporter's book rather than a manual, which is why it is so readable, and it sends most people back to class with better questions.
