✨Hairdresser for cancer patients in Perth✨ RISE at Djurra Fremantle I found Anita while undergoing chemo. I was cold capping to try and keep my hair so I didn’t need to shave it, but I still lost a lot so needed a hairdresser that understood the cancer journey to help deal with my thinning hair. Anita was absolutely fantastic, she was very knowledgeable about my situation having gone through it with her mum, and had lots of advice on managing the hair loss. She has a lovely private room set up at the back of the salon so you are safe if immunocompromised or feeling a bit fragile. She’ll bring you a tea and give you a little shoulder massage to relax and then discuss your situation and what you’d like to do. She takes into consideration your sensitive skin and uses gentle products and I had no problems getting it coloured. She put a few lowlights throughout my greys the first appointment to test it was ok, then 6 weeks after finishing chemo she was able to fully colour my hair and cut the straggly bits off so it looks better as it grows out. It was great to feel a bit more normal again and stop wearing the head covers… For those that need to go down the path of shaving your head it would be a nice gentle private space to do that too. If you are going through anything like this go see Anita, she is lovely and will look after you 🥰

Couldn't talk this salon up enough! Ben always makes me feel welcome on arrival. Today I experienced the steam treatment with Nelsa. You can feel the care and expertise she brings to the treatment and haircut. I've never had anyone understand hair like she does! Have told all my friends and thought this place deserved some wider recognition ❤️

Big shout out to Jo yesterday 🙌🏼 who did an absolute exceptional job on my hair that was quite long and in the state of a bird's nest. I sat comfortably post the head massage as he got right into it, concentrating layer by layer with this amazing light brown colour mixed with highlights. He worked very hard with such precision from start to finish with no break, on his feet for the whole duration, finally, he did the haircut exactly as i had asked with it dried to perfection, looking so sleek. Definitely worth every cent, been a long time since I had an amazing hairdo especially with a hairdresser that gets on with the job without criticising how bad my hair initially was. Very much appreciated! Oh and a thank you to the young lady who did the complimentary head and hand massage during the wash time,...almost didn't wanna to leave the basin! 👌😊

I’m back where I used to go (don’t live here now but I’m sticking to it) I had to get my hair fixed after bad haircut last week in my rural town. Chloe was amazing as was all staff - always amazing customer service and love aveda products. Thank you for your consistency. Love love love you 🥰 before and after below x
