I started seeing Jess towards the end of last year initially to lose weight. I felt at ease and in very capable hands from our first appointment. She has a very calm, friendly nature and is really supportive and positive in her approach. I felt very comfortable in all my appointments. She provided me with a comprehensive menu plan with a variety of recipes and had a great deal of knowledge around ensuring my protein intake was sufficient. With Jess’s help I reached my goal easily and don’t believe it would have been achievable without her support. Thanks Jess! I would not hesitate in recommending Jess to anyone looking to engage a dietician.

Jess Ruescher is fantastic. I came to her with constant reflux and bloating and nothing was working. She listened, figured out my triggers, and gave me a plan that was actually doable. No strict diets, just real food + timing tweaks that made a huge difference. My gut feels so much better. Highly recommend!
I had a couple of appointments with Jessica Ruescher, and found her through a referral from my GP. I found Jessica to be very knowledgeable, helpful, pragmatic and provided evidence-based advice. She is very friendly and responsive. I have no problems recommending her, and I will see her again if/when the need arises.

IllustrationA guided journal with short daily prompts: a few lines in the morning, a few at night. Undated, so a missed day costs nothing.
Makes a giftGoes well with Mindfulness coaching
Why we picked it
A journal only works if it is short enough to keep doing. This one asks for five minutes and three lines, which is the amount most people will actually write, and undated pages mean no guilt about the gaps. A good gift because nobody buys it for themselves.

Good for beginnersGoes well with Breathwork
Why we picked it
If a breathwork class has left you curious about why any of it works, this is the book to read next. It is a reporter's book rather than a manual, which is why it is so readable, and it sends most people back to class with better questions.
