These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Massage as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

Alex was truly amazing in treating my 12 year old sons’ jaw pain. One session and immediately he feels so much better. He’s had 2 hard injuries to his jaw and increasingly he’s been getting headaches and experiencing pain and discomfort when he eats and throughout. He now has a smile on his face after one session. Well worth the drive for us. He is so affordable as well. 100% recommend Alex at Guildford Wellness!
Alex has magical firm hands that found & released all of my knots and shifted a lot of energy with what felt like gentle fascia release. Highly recommended!!!
Alex always makes me feel very comfortable at my appointments and definately listens to what you're after and you leave feeling great. Highly recommend
A few taps is plenty. Every review is read by a person before it appears, and we publish the critical ones too.

Weleda's 100ml plant-oil body massage oil, vegan, most often bought during pregnancy.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork
An oil rather than a cream, which is the practical difference: it stays slippery long enough to actually massage with. 100ml is a few months of regular use. We describe what it is; claims about what it does are the manufacturer's, not ours.
A two-inch textured rubber ball from TriggerPoint, sized to work underfoot.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.
A handheld percussive massager with five speeds and a 10mm stroke.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery
10mm is the shallow end of the range, which makes it quieter and lighter than the deep-stroke guns and easier to hold at arm's length. Five speeds is more than most people ever use. Light enough to travel with.
