Highly recommend Dr Spencer ! I've been seeing him the last 3 months every week and I can't believe how my body improved! He has a lot of knowledge and expertise and make you feel very comfortable, explain everything and knows exactly what to do to fix you. I used to have a lot of pain during my runs around the hips and lower back and I can now run triple the distance without any pain at all : mind blowing ! Highly recommend Karrinyup wellness centre overall, the receptionists are all very kind and welcoming and the place is well looked after. Game changing in your fitness journey !

Dr Spencer is a great Chiropractor. He is professional, thorough, and really takes time to understand your concerns before starting any treatment. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable with the plan going forward. What stood out most was how attentive and patient he is. I never felt rushed, and he encouraged questions. The care felt personalised rather than generic. I would highly recommend Spencer to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring Chiropractor.
