The salad quality and quantity was really good for under $20 price point. I really appreciated the broccoli and almond salad as well as the pumpkin, chickpea and feta salad. These are made fresh daily by the two chefs Hopper and Charlie. It would’ve been even better if it didn’t take four minutes to put to scoop two salads into one bowl when nobody else was waiting and also the packaging …. rubbish bins are not visible outside in the sun and suggest a solution for non-disposable packaging such as pay extra and get a Tupperware.

Owner if you read this, I absolutely love the apple walnut bread can it please stay as long as possible lol Frankly surprised at the review score, would have expected this place to be at a solid 4.8 which is would be if it were located in Freo. I'm financial but have early starts, this place is the highlight of my morning, perfect catering for us 7/7:30 starters. If you have a slightly refined palate and/or don't like things too sickly sweet you will love this cafe. I have been here for lunch before as well and again the quality is there. The staff have always been efficient and professional. Don't understand the "staff are rude" comments, what do those people expect. Coffee is consistent and good.
Nice little cosy cafe in the middle of the city. I love how this Cafe has been designed. Staff were superb. Latte came out burning hot and the opening of the coffee lid was unusually high - not a good combination 😅 Taste was mild. The variety of soups look amazing -will need to go back to try them out.

IllustrationA guided journal with short daily prompts: a few lines in the morning, a few at night. Undated, so a missed day costs nothing.
Makes a giftGoes well with Mindfulness coaching
Why we picked it
A journal only works if it is short enough to keep doing. This one asks for five minutes and three lines, which is the amount most people will actually write, and undated pages mean no guilt about the gaps. A good gift because nobody buys it for themselves.
IllustrationJames Nestor's account of how we breathe and how we used to, drawing on breathing traditions, pulmonology and his own experiments. Paperback edition.
Good for beginnersGoes well with Breathwork
Why we picked it
If a breathwork class has left you curious about why any of it works, this is the book to read next. It is a reporter's book rather than a manual, which is why it is so readable, and it sends most people back to class with better questions.
