Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the remedial massage treatment I received here. The same day and still a few days after the session, my back feels worse than when I first arrived, with increased muscle tightness and knots, and significant nerve irritation/pain near my left shoulder blade that was not present before the treatment. I’m sorry to leave a negative review, as the staff was kind and professional, but I wanted to share my honest experience.
I had a fantastic consultation with the remedial therapist Minus which helped me to relieve some of my triggers points and soreness post exercise. She did a great work, combining seamlessly remedial techniques with flowing cuppings and hot stones. Minus is by far the best therapist I have experienced so far. Her welcoming, skills, professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking high-quality remedial therapy. 🙂
Vidhi is an outstanding physiotherapist with a great, friendly personality. She always finds and releases my deep knots and tension with so much skill and care. I walk out feeling lighter every time. Minus is also fantastic — her massage technique and consistent, firm pressure give real relief. Highly recommend both for anyone needing quality physio and massage care.
Rujuta the podiatrist has amazingly cared for my feet, now happy feet. The receptionist offers a warm greeting with a friendly smile. Staff are dedicated and professional in their roles. Loved the idea of having staff profile in reception and on website. Happy to return..
