I am quite disappointed with my experience. I have gotten lashes for a good 6-7 years off and on. I recently had an 8 month break recently but decided to book in here after reading the amazing reviews. I have never felt so much stinging and pain while getting them done, I was given a fan to help but it was still uncomfortable. I showed pictures at the start of what I was looking for which was a classic / light hybrid natural set and they looked very long and spidery - not what I expected. It was overall a pretty uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I will say, even though I didn’t have the best experience, the lash tech was very apologetic, caring and did her best to help, and they did refund my deposit which was nice.

Disappointing Experience at Perth Lash Extensions I recently visited Perth Lash Extensions for eyelash extensions and a spray tan, and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the services provided. Firstly, the staff members seemed disinterested and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Their lack of warmth and professionalism immediately set a negative tone for my visit. As for the eyelash extensions, I had high hopes for a glamorous and natural look for my refills, but unfortunately, the result was far from what I expected. The technician pulled out the eyelash extensions I had which where much longer and fuller then the result. The technician seemed inexperienced and rushed, resulting in uneven and clumpy lashes. It was evident that little attention to detail was given, and the final outcome was not worth the hefty price tag. Additionally, the spray tan was a complete disaster. Not only was the application uneven, leaving me with splotchy patches, but the color also turned out completely unnatural and orange. It was embarrassing to be seen in public with such a poorly executed tan, and I had to spend additional time and money to have it corrected elsewhere. To top it off, the overall cleanliness of the salon was questionable, and the ambiance was far from inviting. The lack of hygiene and welcoming atmosphere only added to my disappointment. Overall, my experience at Perth Lash Extensions was a letdown, and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for quality eyelash or tanning treatments. Save your time and money and seek out a more reputable establishment that values professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Amazing experience its the first tome I've ever had my lashes done. I forgot the girl that did it but she was amazing. Listened to everything I wanted and made me feel super comfortable.

For the past few years I have gotten lash extensions here, even after I relocated several times I continue to return here. The team are friendly and helpful. They listen to what your after and deliver exactly that. I love the results and would highly recommend.

Came across this salon by pure chance and honestly could not be happier that I found it! The girls are always friendly yet professional and take pride in the services they offer. I’ve now been coming to Lisa for my lashes for quite awhile and I always leave the salon feeling absolutely stunning thanks to the care and effort she puts into her work. Highly recommend coming here 😊
