This is the fourth time I’ve been now and cannot fault the hard working masseuses! Absolutely wonderful Massage each time without any disappointments. I always struggle to find a masseuse who can do deep enough for a massage. But have had a different person each visit and all of them are fabulous! Of course if it is too deep or too gentle they kindly encourage you to inform them what pressure you prefer 👍
I had a relaxation massage with Annie and it was a wonderful experience. The massage was very relaxing, and I felt refreshed afterwards. Annie was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back again.
I’ve been coming to this massage place quite regularly and usually have a good experience, which is why I keep returning. Unfortunately today’s visit was very disappointing. I booked a 90-minute massage, but the shop was very busy and there were many phone calls coming in. The therapist had to leave the room multiple times to answer the phone. This happened around five times during my session, which kept interrupting the massage and completely broke the relaxation. When customers pay for a 90-minute massage, they expect to receive the full time of uninterrupted service. Despite the interruptions, the session still ended exactly at 90 minutes with no extra time given. I also noticed the prices have increased, so it was quite disappointing to experience this level of service today. I hope the shop can improve how they manage phone calls during treatments because it really affects the customer experience.
