⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We stayed in a langley suite on Saturday night. Before we even arrived, the customer service was amazing and made us really look forward to our stay. Check-in was quick and smooth, although my request to keep the stay a surprise for my partner was almost accidentally ruined. The lounge was fantastic, and the room itself was very nice. There were a few signs of wear and tear, but nothing that really took away from the overall look. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that impacted our stay. The bedroom air conditioner was set to 18°C but never actually cooled the room, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The lounge how ever was beautiful and cool. The biggest concern came the following morning. While I was in the shower, the manhole cover in the bathroom ceiling above the shower suddenly dropped down, giving me a huge fright. I immediately got out of the shower as the exposed wiring above was quite concerning and didn't feel safe. It's a shame because the service and facilities had a lot of positives, but the maintenance issues really let the experience down. Hopefully these problems can be addressed, as the hotel has plenty of potential.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth. The view was amazing, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel made our anniversary and my partner's birthday extra special and memorable with their thoughtful complimentary gesture, which we truly appreciated. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the city and beach. While the food was not quite to our taste, the excellent service and hospitality more than made up for it. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would like to thank the team especially for those who assist us, for making our special celebration so memorable.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction was warm, genuine, and professional. Dario leads by example, and it shows in every member of his team. Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to creating a memorable guest experience made us feel valued throughout our stay. Our studio was immaculate, beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and offered absolutely stunning views that made every morning and evening a pleasure. Housekeeping maintained the highest standards, and every aspect of the room reflected the luxury and quality that The Ritz-Carlton is known for. The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the staff were incredibly accommodating to our dietary requirements. Every morning felt relaxed, welcoming, and expertly organised, setting the perfect tone for the day. What truly sets The Ritz-Carlton apart, however, is its people. Luxury hotels can provide beautiful rooms and facilities, but it is the genuine care, professionalism, and personal touch shown by Dario and his team that transformed a wonderful stay into an unforgettable one. We cannot thank Dario and everyone at The Ritz-Carlton enough for making our visit so special. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. So I'm slowly working my way through all the stunning Ritz Carlton hotels and Perth is at the top of my list. Amazing staff, stunning rooms and beautiful location. While on your stay here make sure to ask Ha and Olivia at front desk for any advice on what and where to eat, drink and play. And now for the negativity, sucks I can only give five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Special mention to Luke & Natalia at the Hearth restaurant. What stood out most was how seamless everything felt. From check‑in to check‑out, every touchpoint was smooth, elegant, and personalised.
