Very happy with the wonderful work Tracy does in Bowen therapy. She is very intuitive, thorough, knowledgeable and knows just how far your body can go before it needs a rest. Tracey‘s warm and gentle nature makes you feel instantly calm and relaxed the minute you walk in the door.
I have been going to Tracy for nearly 10 years now and have found both her Bowen work and flower essences amazing. She really gets your body to get back to a homeostasis and intuitively knows what it needs. The magic touch of the flower essence at the end of the session uncertain pressure points of your ear really brings you into such a calm and internal state of stillness. I highly recommend Tracy for anyone who cares about their body. I’m not only the physical but emotional, mental and spiritual level. She is gifted with the healing touch.
Tracy at Silverdale Natural Therapy has helped myself and my family for a number of years now. Her in depth knowledge and treatment with flower essences have supported a range of issues for myself and my daughter.
