Salem from the Longevity Lab ran an excellent longevity information session for our EO forum. The session was clear, engaging and practical, with a strong focus on healthspan, brain health, sleep, movement, stress, social connection and overall wellbeing. It helped us think more intentionally about long-term health and gave us useful, practical ideas to apply. Highly recommend The Longevity Lab for anyone wanting to better understand and improve their long-term health and wellbeing.

I'm just starting on my longevity journey but I've been extremely impressed by The Longevity Lab. They've been able to help me with a DEXA and Bone Density Scan as well as monitoring my blood glucose. This is important for establishing a baseline and to know where to focus next. Thanks Salem and team for your help and support!
Great service, currently on the longevity journey with the longevity lab and its been very informative about what I need for my body. Being able to cover different testing each appointment really opens up to be able to have all my questions answered and never feeling rushed to finish the appointment. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to improve there health or fine tune what your type of body needs.

IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.
IllustrationJames Nestor's account of how we breathe and how we used to, drawing on breathing traditions, pulmonology and his own experiments. Paperback edition.
Good for beginnersGoes well with Breathwork
Why we picked it
If a breathwork class has left you curious about why any of it works, this is the book to read next. It is a reporter's book rather than a manual, which is why it is so readable, and it sends most people back to class with better questions.
