First time I came , I saw dr Muhabeer- a very professional doctor who took very good care of me. I went again with another doctor as he was unavailable, with Dr John and I am not coming back. She was extremely unprofessional, dismissive and charged me for a longer consult because we went over literally one minute over the short consult. Ridiculous! The secretary was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel genuinely disrespected and that my time has been completely disregarded by this medical centre. I've been to this clinic several times now, and every single time I had a booked appointment in advance. Despite always arriving early or on time, I’ve had to wait an extra 30 to 45 minutes just to see the doctor. It honestly feels like the appointment system is pointless — the scheduled time is never honoured, and you’re left sitting and waiting. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. To be fair, the doctors I’ve seen are decent and professional. The reception staff are average — not particularly friendly, but not rude either. That said, I really hope the clinic works on improving their extremely poor time management and starts respecting the valuable time of their patients.
They sent my wife's scan results and referral to entirely the wrong specialist and, at a later appointment, the doctor raised her voice at my wife and implied it was my wife's fault that the referral was sent to somebody my wife had not even asked for? My wife asked to speak to the practice manager. She was busy, apparently, but would phone my wife. The practice manager did not phone my wife. Several days later, my wife phoned again to talk to the practice manager, who then proceeded to disregard my wife's concerns about private medical information being disclosed to some other third party. No apology. We were just disappointed at the stunning lack of care about this matter, or even an apology. I can forgive an honest mistake. I can't forgive somebody for not owning their mistake and not apologizing for it. I ask you do not make the situation worse by replying in any way other than a written apology to my wife, sent to our home address.
0 stars Dr Mary John was very inconsiderate and ignorant towards my concerns and even disrespectful questioning my own personal experiences with pain and chronic illness, AVOID HER AT ALL Costs.if a person has spinal issues(scoliosis) of COURSE I’m going to be I pain and NEED physio, she denied it saying, “what’s wrong with you”??? “You don’t need physio” that’s for people with injuries!!!!!!!
I recently phoned Kelso Medical Group for an appointment, I was visiting WA and was very unwell with a virus and asthma, I was told to go straight in. I saw Doctor Apreesh SHARMA, who was very thorough and very kind. Cherie the reception lady was very kind to me, she could see I was struggling to breath and helped me as much as she could with paperwork etc being a new patient. I had a follow up appointment booked for 3 days following and was given all the correct medication and tests ordered by Doctor Sharma, however I didn’t improve at my follow up appointment and in a very caring voice he sent me to hospital. I spent 7 days in hospital and still recovering. I will return to this practice if need be when we visit again later in the year. Thank you for looking after me and genuinely caring.
