A quick feel for the room, based on how Ice bath & contrast sessions usually run.
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Ice bath & contrast as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

The 5am, 6am and 7am sessions are $7, $14 and $21, which makes it the cheapest sauna on this list if you can get there before work. Showers, change rooms and a drink afterwards.”

Favourite ice bath sauna place in Perth. Such friendly & fun staff and the two massive saunas are always super hot! One is a chatting one & the other is less chat which is great when you just want to chill! Would recommend to everyone 🥰 also NOOK makes this place perfect
Melt Ice Bath and Sauna is the perfect place to relax and recover. The facilities are spotless, the atmosphere is calming, and every visit is a great experience. The staff are always welcoming and make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Gabby deserves a special mention as the best worker there—she’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to help. I couldn’t recommend Melt highly enough and will definitely keep coming back.
Absolutely loved my visit to Melt Sauna. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, with clean facilities and a really welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect place to switch off and recharge. Gabby deserves a special mention for her outstanding customer service. She was so friendly, professional, and genuinely made the experience feel even more enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who cares so much about making customers feel comfortable. I can't recommend Melt Sauna enough and will definitely be back soon.
A few taps is plenty. Every review is read by a person before it appears, and we publish the critical ones too.

Makes a giftGoes well with Sleep & Recovery
The simplest change to an evening is making it dark. Silk sits lightly, does not pull at the skin, and this one is shaped so the eyes are not pressed. It is also the mask sound bath and yoga nidra hosts hand out, which is a fair recommendation on its own.
IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.
