An exceptional podiatry practice, I have only ever seen Ben who is amazing at his job and gives such good advice! I'm sure the other podiatrists are equally as amazing too! The admin team are always so friendly, efficient and accommodating too! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I cannot praise Ben and his team enough. His methods of treatment are exceptional and so thorough. I truly believe he is a magician!
Booked and payed for an appointment in full $110. They called and canceled my appointment said they’d get back and didn’t. I’ve asked for a refund as I’ve paid for a service not provided. They refuse to refund. Stay away they are nothing more then human stealing garbage
I was referred here as part of a diabetes health care plan as the condition can effect nerve endings in the feet. The service is amazing! The receptionist was lovely and welcomed me. I didn't have to wait, and, the young podiatrist who I saw was friendly, thorough and explained everything he was doing to me, as well as conditions with feet which can occur with diabetes. He then clipped and filed my toenails which were long and too hard for me to clip, and filed them. Exemplary service! I felt ashamed at the length of my toenails but the podiatrist made me feel comfortable. I have now decided I will visit this surgery every 6 weeks or so to have my toenails attended to as it will be worth it!
I am about to walk the Camino in Spain and I visited Step Ahead for advice, what i got was above that expectation. They even made me bend over and he put his hands on my lower back and wow I was able to bend down fully. He recommended shoes that have been a dream to walk in when I practice and he has made himself available for a few questions during a phone call followup that I just sprung on him. Since then I have referred him to a few friends and they speak so highly of his work
