For the first time in years, I genuinely feel like I'm moving in the right direction with my health. What sets Dr. Benny apart is how genuinely invested he is in his patients. From our very first appointment, he took the time to listen carefully, understand my history, and truly hear my experience. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Every piece of feedback I shared was valued and thoughtfully incorporated into my treatment plan, making me feel like an active partner in my own recovery. Dr. Benny has never taken a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, he has carefully introduced different techniques at a pace that suited my body's response, constantly adapting treatment based on what was working best for me. His patience, expertise, and genuine care have made me feel safe and supported throughout the entire process. The results speak for themselves. My body is healing and I feel stronger, healthier and more like myself than I have in a long time. I'm incredibly grateful to have found a Chinese practitioner who combines exceptional knowledge with authentic compassion and a truly patient-centred approach. I cannot recommend Dr. Benny highly enough.

My husband and I had been trying for a second child, doing OI and IUI for 2.5 years with no success. I took a 6 month break from fertility treatments and started treatments with Queenie about 8 weeks before doing my final round of IUI (last try before I would need to move onto IVF). I made some lifestyle changes and had weekly or fortnightly appointments with Queenie up until my procedure, and we are now 10 weeks pregnant. Queenie is incredibly easy to talk to and very thorough in her treatment planning. Would highly recommend to anyone. 😊

Her treatments have made a real difference to my wellbeing. She also helped resolve stress-induced nerve damage in my face that had caused numbness and tingling for two years.
