I'd never been to a sound healing event before but I wanted to try something new and I’m glad I did. It was one of their bigger events around 100 people in a large hall, I expected something that size to feel impersonal or chaotic. Instead, the space was set up beautifully and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and genuinely comfortable. It didn't feel like a big anonymous crowd at all and for most of it I completely forgot that others were there. The couple of hours flew by in the best way. It's a soothing, sensory experience, similar to meditation. I left feeling noticeably refreshed and relaxed more than I expected going in and to be honest I’d probably go again in the future.

This was my first time attending but the sounds were sensational and I especially loved the extra touches like cleansing sage, incense, oils and cards. I felt lighter; I feel like I’d need to continue coming to really feel a big shift but it was beautiful. Do you have a store or links for these scents? Smells so divine. Thank you for hosting in Vic Park!

Such a beautiful and relaxing experience that has become an integral part of my weekly ritual 💫 Every session I’ve been to I’ve walked out with a deep sense of calm and have tried to make this a part of my daily life. It really does make a difference when done on the regular. I attend the Trigg sessions and they are held in a calming space. A time to completely switch off and take in the blissful sounds. Each session is a little different but always so nice. The oracle cards, candles, essential oils and calm energy really make the whole experience. A really lovely team who truly care and connect. Sanchia is so welcoming, as are the other women who run the sessions. If you’ve been thinking about it..just do it. You will not regret it 🩷💫 Thank you for making a positive change in my life.
