I had a back massage and deluxe facial from Melissa today. It was absolute bliss and extremly relaxing. Melissa was professinal, friendly and very calming. I would highly recommend Melissa as a therapist and I have never had a bad experience at Serendipity in all the times I have been there. Thankyou for a morning of relaxation I desperately needed.

After struggling with back and shoulder muscle tension Lauren helped ease the pain with a 45 min back massage . I felt relief immediately, I have already booked my next appointment. I recommend anyone needing some self care time go to Serendipity.

Booked IPL service and was warmly welcomed, explained the procedure clearly, guided through each step and given the aftercare advice. Professional, clean and comfortable experience. IPL was a bit uncomfortable and experienced only mild redness post treatment which subsided after a few hours. Looking forward to seeing the results.

Molly was so great. Very genuine and down to earth in her approach. We had a consult beforehand so she could learn my skin type and usual skin routines to plan for the appointment which was a helpful for both of us and my facial was amazing. Will definitely book again, with Molly.
