How these ratings work

These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Yoga as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.

Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.

They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

Had such a delightful afternoon at Laya Studio yesterday, experiencing my first sound healing session. Feeling quite tired and low on energy recently, I decided to give a sound bath a try—and it was exactly what I needed. Under Laurine’s gentle and thoughtful guidance, I left the session feeling lighter, recharged, and truly rejuvenated. She took the time to share helpful insights before and after the session, which made the whole experience even more comforting and meaningful. The studio itself is tranquil yet cozy, with such calming, positive vibes—it instantly puts you at ease the moment you step in. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful selection of high-quality singing bowls (made in Nepal). After some deliberation, I picked the one I felt most connected to—and happily “adopted” it! Definitely looking forward to returning for more sessions and can’t wait to check out their upcoming workshops.

Had a transformative 90-min private Sound Healing Therapy at LAYA Studio. The gentle sounds Laurine uses elevate the experience to a deeply spiritual level. The studio, located downtown, is cozy and serene, with a calming vibe. Laurine goes above and beyond, even accommodating last-minute bookings. Definitely want to come back for a deeper sound healing journey. Highly recommend for anyone seeking holistic oneness!

From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The sound bath experience was transformative—I sank into a state of deep rest. Laurine’s gentle guidance and warm presence made the session even more special; she has a way of making everyone feel seen and supported. Laurine’s insights during the menopause workshop were relevant and useful. I left with actionable tips to manage my symptoms, and it was empowering to know I could practice them on my own.
