Weekly crystal-bowl sound journeys at three venues across the metro — Trigg by the beach midweek and Sunday, with Fremantle and Victoria Park sessions on Sundays. Casual drop-ins run $44 and a three-session intro pack takes the edge off deciding. A guided meditation opens each session before the bowls take over.
Gayle is a Usui/Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, practitioner and teacher with more than eighteen years in mental-health and disability support work. From her Hillarys treatment room she offers sixty-to-ninety-minute reiki sessions, sound therapy and property energy clearing, plus reiki courses. Clients remain clothed throughout. Open 10am to 5pm.
Merse Wellness Osborne Park is a bathhouse on Scarborough Beach Road with hot magnesium spas, cold plunge pools, hot rock and infrared saunas, a steam room and monsoon showers. Bathhouse sessions usually run 60 to 90 minutes. The steam room is open to members and casual visitors, with bookings through the Merse app. A Rejuvenate Lounge offers compression, LED light and sound sessions. Open weekdays 5.30am to 9pm, weekends 7am to 7pm.

It runs more than 60 classes a week across yoga, mat and reformer Pilates, breathwork, meditation and sound bath sessions, plus family-friendly yoga classes. A casual yoga class is $29 and a casual reformer class is $37, with class packs, weekly memberships and intro passes also available. Bookings are made through Mindbody.
