I had the most incredible experience at this Japanese head spa — I’m honestly still blown away. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and beautifully set up, it instantly put me at ease. Ella was absolutely amazing. Her care, attention to detail, and gentle approach made this the most relaxed I’ve ever felt. The Japanese head spa and facial were beyond anything I expected — pure bliss from start to finish. Leanne, the owner, is so warm and welcoming, and you can really feel how much she cares about her clients and the experience she’s created. It made everything feel even more special. You can truly feel the passion behind this place. I can’t recommend it enough — if you’re looking to completely unwind and be genuinely looked after, this is the place to go.

Had the most amazing experience with Leanne, Ella & Holly! From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome. Their hospitality is truly exceptional, and it’s clear they genuinely love and care every customer. Leanne took the time to give excellent advice on what would suit us best, and her knowledge and professionalism made us feel completely confident. My 9-year-old absolutely loved the experience and hasn’t stopped talking about it! Leanne was so kind, patient, and made her feel really special. The whole appointment was relaxed, enjoyable, and exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a hairdresser who is incredibly talented, honest, caring, and passionate about what she does, I couldn’t recommend Leanne more highly. We can’t wait to come back!
Absolutely loved my morning getting pampered by Ella. This was a Christmas present but I’ll be back for more, especially seeing the difference in my scalp on the before and after pictures! The salon was also beautiful, love the set up! I’ve never felt more relaxed and loved every minute! Ella was very skilled and made me feel amazing throughout, she explained the whole process perfectly and then just let me relax. Thanks so much ❤️
