I have been visiting Keturah since they were in Highgate which has been about 13 years now! Since Highgate closed, I have attended the Nedlands salon. Jemma, Annie and Tracey have taken such good care of me and service has been excellent every time. I get spoilt with free champagne and yummy snacks and the ladies go out of their way to ensure I'm happy and comfortable.

It was my second time having my hair perfectly pampered by the gorgeously effervescent Mel and I can't praise her work highly enough! She shows true care and expertise every step of the way. I love experimenting with hair crazy colours at home and Mels creativity and flare for colour and colour correction works well with my kooky ideas as she embraces and works with me for a unique look that also preserves my hairs health, leaving it soft, shiny and smelling amazing! I also adore my new cut, perfectly shapes my face and has given me a new spring in my step! 💕✨

My wife and I have been going to Nedlands for many years and I use the services of Tracy. She is excellent. Friendly, courteous and very professional. A fantastic asset for Keturah, highly recommended. 5 out of 5 for all services.

Went in for the maternity massage, place was beautiful. The staff were friendly and exceptional. Marie looked after me and did an amazing job with the full body massage. Would highly recommend.

Not very impressed at all. Had a voucher to be used. Have been here twice now, first time I had full body massage and facial the massage was okay however the room was cold. The next therapist came into the room to do the facial, took her time to gather things then begins to make degrading comments about my skin in a rude manner which made me extremely upset and repeated herself about my skin texture and constantly trying to upsell products instead of leaving me to relax. My next appointment they try call me and ask if I can change the time of my booking,however i missed the call due to being at work. If this was the other way around I would be made to have provide 24hrs notice and deposit non refunded.i booked full body massage I did not have a chance to enjoy the room on my own or take a nice photo I was made to go straight into the room and remove dressing gown and lay down straight away. The room was cold and uninviting which then became absolutely freezing as I lay basically naked. I would think being a place of this expense and treatment they would have heated blankets on the tables and actually consider asking the customer if the room temp is okay or not.
