Four sites between the South Terrace studio and the beaches at South Beach, Leighton and Hillarys Boat Harbour, and the format changes with the location. The studio runs private infrared rooms at thirty minutes and a private magnesium bath and sauna at sixty; the beachside rooms are communal, including a silent session where nobody talks. A bath house experience and massage run alongside. Booking is online.

I have been struggling with perimenopause with symptoms of hot flushes, low mood and energy and waking up during the night. I just did the 7 day reset program Of a half an hour a day for 7 days in the infrared sauna and I feel alive, no hot flushes, sleeping so well and my mood is great. The whole experience has been wonderful at neighbourhood sauna, it offers a calming environment and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be a regular client in the future
Absolutely incredible, the environment is so relaxing! I love that I am offered herbal tea and filtered water to replenish during my session. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The ice bath was very clean and the room includes a private sauna! There is a beautifully laid out front space where you can comfortably sit on a range of plush sofas before and after your sauna! Such an ethical business that makes you feel welcomed. I left feeling relaxed and cannot wait to go back!!
Beautiful new space – even better experience! I recently visited the new location of this spa and sauna spot (just further up the same street) — and it’s absolutely stunning. The space is so stylish, calming, and beautifully designed. You feel relaxed the moment you walk in 🧘🏻♀️ I had an infrared sauna session with a friend and it was amazing — super cozy, private, and comfortable. The health benefits of infrared are a huge bonus, but honestly, the experience itself was enough to leave us feeling refreshed and reset 🧖🏻♀️ The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even let me have a shower afterwards, and the facilities are fully stocked — shampoo, conditioner, towels, the works. Highly recommend checking out the new space if you haven’t already. It’s a little sanctuary in the middle of the day ✨
Thank you so much for such a great experience 🥰 we were staying in Fremantle for a couple of nights & were recommended by a pharmacist to go here, due to hurting my back. My back feels SO much better after the “fire & Ice” twin package , my husband and I enjoyed. All the staff were beyond helpful & friendly. Couldn’t recommend going to “the neighbourhood sauna” enough . 11/10 ! Legends!
Wow. What can I say this place is absolutely magic. We did Fire and Ice and I'm so glad we did. Infrared sauna and ice bath set to the temperature of your liking in the comfort of your own space. Warm tea and cool water provided while you relax your stresses away! Great selection of mindful gifts available to purchase and a lovely space to sit and relax after your session. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Perth.
