Vanessa is amazing. I’ve had various treatments (chiro, massage, physio) for different areas of my back and neck over the years and none of them have been as effective as the Myotherapy treatments I have been receiving from Vanessa. Hands down the most pain relieving. She has been treating me for frozen shoulder with head aches and neck pain this year and I am VERY happy with the fast results. Highly recommend.
I have only had the pleasure of being treated by Vanessa a few times but she has a wonderful , friendly , knowledgeable, adaptable and can help offer her own recommendations for treatment as well as tailor treatment if necessary.
I've been going to see Vanessa for about a year now and she continues to be sensational at what she does. She uses massage, needling and cupping to help enormously with my Hypermobility pain and associated muscle tension from my Rheumatoid Arthritis. But more than that, she's such a genuinely nice and friendly person which makes the whole experience super comfortable (and her elite chit chat is always a fun bonus).
