Read all on GoogleI’ve had the pleasure of seeing Louise for both of my pregnancies, and she is wonderful! From labour prep to postpartum recovery, she made me feel confident and well-supported. She is so knowledgeable and always has great resources to share. I’m so grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her to any expecting or new moms!
Hug Pelvic Physio is amazing. I initially reached out via email to Louise regarding rehab after surgery. I received an immediate return email on how she was able to assist me. Our first session was a very detailed professional breakdown (60M + session) both theory and practical , on how she was able to assist me 4 week post op and into the future. I also received follow up emails with designated exercises to follow. I felt very comfortable making my first appointment with her. Her knowledge , understanding and plan to proceed with my rehab was amazing. I left our session positive I was heading in the right direction to recommence instructing my fitness classes and PT clients in the forthcoming weeks. I would highly recommend Louise and Hug Pelvic Physio to anyone who is considering or has had any major abdominal surgery and needs rehab support :)
My surgeon recommended seeing Louise at Hug Pelvic Physio prior to my prostrate surgery and she managed to fit me in at short notice. I’m so glad for that as Louise provided a wealth of practical information on the surgery process and what to expect post surgery and in the weeks/ months following. I went away feeling less anxious and confident that I was equipped to deal with what was to come. After surgery Louise provided expert advice and care to manage and guide me in getting on top of the inevitable (but not forever) incontinence. For blokes who are facing a prostatectomy I highly recommend seeing Louise prior to surgery and continuing to see her post surgery.
I met Louise Hug before my Surgery and then the post catheter and 6 weeks after surgery. I found Louise very knowledgeable and extremely committed to the work she does and she always explained the reasons. Thank you Louise for the support you have given. I feel I have progressed well post surgery. I recommend anyone looking for a good pelvic physio to get in touch with Louse Hug.
I’m delighted to say that I have been seeing Louise for a few months now to help me with long term pelvic problems and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Louise is very professional, knowledgeable and has a warm and caring disposition. She has provided me some extremely helpful information, understanding and exercises to improve my condition. Louise has an abundance of knowledge in her specific area of pelvic care but also great information on diet and other associated areas that all help towards a healthier body. She is the first professional that has actually been able to help resolve my problem and I am so thankful for finally being able to feel confident again! Do yourself a favour and book an appointment with Louise if you suffer from any urine, bowel, prostate or pelvic condition! You won’t be disappointed! 5 stars from me!! Cheers, Deb
