Richard and Helena Boyd have run Energetics Institute from a Federation home in Inglewood for more than twenty years. Breathwork sits alongside their somatic psychotherapy practice — private sessions in the rooms or online, and group breathwork sessions that fold in sound. Both are professional members of the Australian Breathwork Association. Open weekdays to 7pm and Saturday mornings.

Hi, my marriage of nearly 50 years fell apart two years ago. After seeing two other therapists to support my immediate grief needs, I found I needed more to move forward with life. I had found wonderful support with two previous “energetic type” therapists, but were no longer available, which lead me to Helena. She has been absolutely wonderful in helping me deal with the pain and difficulties of the separation fall out. But importantly she also helped me understand the subtleties and spiritual aspects (and the joy) of relating to the significant female people in my life. What a gift! Thank you Helena!
Helena has given me lots to think about and provided great support when needed. She helps you to think differently, see patterns and address these with practical strategies. Big recommend!

Richard was so knowledgeable and approachable . He is very easy to talk too and makes you very comfortable . He diagnosed the issue straight away and within a few sessions could eliminate the problem I cannnot reccomend his service enough
