Small blessings Yoga, was one of the most important part of my pregnancy not just because it helped me prepare my body for a natural home birth also because it helped me get mentally ready and stronger for the challenges of birth and motherhood.. it made me stronger in all the senses. The classes are also very nourishing and at a great pace, the perfect space for a pregnant momma to take time for herself and go back into her body and baby. 100 percent recommended to all pregnant woman, and new mommas for post birth too

Jai Ram teaches pregnancy and postnatal yoga on South Street and very little else — a studio built around one stretch of life rather than a timetable that happens to include a prenatal slot.

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Yoga as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

From Google
I loved attending small blessings yoga with my little girl. It was a lovely time for us to bond and feel relaxed. Jai Ram is a wonderful, experienced and knowledgeable yogi, with a very calm, soothing presence.
Yoga with Jai Ram helped me prepare for birth and motherhood in ways that I didn’t expect. Her practice has helped me better understand myself as a woman and to reflect on my truth; particularly at a time when your identity as a woman is expanding and testing you. I will take her teachings with me for life to help guide me and ground me.
