Hair is dried off rather than styled, every visit is pre-booked, and the venue's listings give two different street addresses, so check the location when you book.

It is not suitable during pregnancy or with extensions or braids, and a professional blow-dry costs extra.

We compared head spas on what happens in the appointment rather than on the name of the ritual: how long it runs, whether the scalp is assessed first, which steps are included, whether two people can book together, and what happens to your hair at the end. Every price was checked on the venue's own site or the booking page it links to in October 2026. Several of these businesses say their treatments help with hair growth or hair loss; this guide does not repeat those claims. Venues whose prices we could not find published were left out.

Only at some. The Head Spa Perth and Skin Wellness Clinic finish with a blow-dry. Oshani and Japanese Head Spa by Amore dry your hair off without styling it, Lush finishes with a towel-dry and a leave-in treatment, and Ardor leaves it semi-dry with a blow-dry as an extra. Soothe does not say. If you are going somewhere afterwards, ask before you book.
The spas here share a pattern: a look at the scalp first — by camera at most, by microscope at The Head Spa Perth — then cleansing and exfoliation, steam with a mask, a long scalp massage, a rinse under a water halo or waterfall, and neck and shoulder massage. The longer rituals add a facial, hot stones or sound healing.
Lush Skin and Body publishes a couples ritual: its couples page lists it at $460 for two and its head spa page at $480, so confirm the price when you book. The Head Spa Perth mentions a private duo room but publishes no duo price. Skin Wellness Clinic treats one person at a time.
Tell the spa first about hair extensions, braids, recent colour or a scalp condition. Japanese Head Spa by Amore says its rituals are not suitable with extensions or braids or during pregnancy, Skin Wellness Clinic does not recommend them with extensions or weaves, and Lush asks pregnant clients to contact it first. The Head Spa Perth takes a 50% deposit and charges in full for late cancellations.
