Meditation & wellness in Pickering Brook

Holistic sessions from Pickering Brook in the eastern hills: reiki from a master practitioner, hypnotherapy, and Swedish massage — a small home practice of long standing in the Kalamunda chamber of commerce.

An adults-only retreat set in its own jarrah forest in the Perth Hills, about half an hour from the city. Self-contained lodges each have a kitchen, log fire and outdoor heated jacuzzi, and the on-site day spa — massage, facials, rituals and wraps, pregnancy pampering — takes casual day visitors as well as lodge guests, Monday to Saturday.
