Scores describe a typical Perth session — what the hour is like, not what it will do for you. Individual studios vary; their listings carry the specifics.

One of Perth's most fully-equipped recovery centres, open 6am to 10pm on weekdays: cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, infrared sauna, contrast therapy, an LED light bed, compression, dry flotation, IV therapy and more, with a booking app and group and corporate sessions.
A West Leederville training and recovery room where the cold plunge and infrared sauna sit alongside the gym floor rather than in a separate wellness space. Compression boots, red light and shock wave therapy are on the same menu as pilates and yoga classes, which makes it more of an athlete's setup than a spa. Open from 6.30am on weekdays and Saturday mornings, closed Sundays.
A recovery lounge on Albany Highway with an unusually long equipment list — infrared sauna, whole-body cryotherapy, red light, PEMF, compression boots and lymphatic drainage, hydrogen inhalation and exercise-with-oxygen, plus EMS training. Sessions are sold singly or in credit packs, and the pack rate brings the per-session cost down to about $33. Worth deciding what you actually want before booking; the menu is long enough to be confusing.
A Forrest Street room in Subiaco running sauna and cold plunge in thirty or sixty minute blocks, with availability deliberately capped so the space stays quiet rather than filled. A thirty-minute session is $25 and an hour is $35, with early sessions at 5am, 6am and 7am for $7, $14 and $21. The timetable also carries yoga classes, and drinks afterwards are complimentary. Showers and change rooms are on site.
