Types of yoga compared in Perth

Yin, vinyasa, hot, ashtanga, restorative, nidra and pregnancy yoga — what actually differs once the class starts. How fast it moves, how much of the hour you spend still, whether the sequence is the same every week, and how warm the room is. Price is the one thing that barely moves: across every Perth studio listed here the band is the same, so what changes the cost is the studio, not the style.

Open House Yoga — Meditation classes in Bayswater

A Milne Street studio that runs a Mysore room alongside a general timetable, which is less common in Perth than the number of yoga studios would suggest. Ashtanga Led covers the half primary series in seventy-five minutes and the studio asks you to do its Ashtanga Foundations course first. The rest of the week is softer — Mellow, Linger Longer, Dynamic Flow, and Yin by candlelight.
