How Oria chooses these health & allied health places

2 of the 41 health & allied health listings in the directory match this view. The count is live, and the order puts specialists first — paid placement never moves anyone up it.

As of October 2026, 2 of the 41 Health & Allied Health listings on Oria Haven are in this view (Perth) — counted live from the directory.

Every listing is hand-checked by Oria Haven. Figures updated 8 October 2026.

Most relevant means practices that specialise in this first, then the ones with the most reviews to go on. A listing that publishes its price, describes itself and names its services gets a small nudge, never more than a quarter of a star, because you can decide on it without ringing. Paid placements are shown once, in their own band, and never move anyone up the list.

The guide

Before you go: health & allied health in Perth

This is the registered end of the directory. Physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, occupational therapists and podiatrists are all registered with AHPRA and searchable by name on the public register. Exercise physiologists, dietitians and speech pathologists sit outside that scheme and are credentialed by their own bodies instead — ESSA, Dietitians Australia and Speech Pathology Australia respectively.

You don’t need a referral to book privately with any of them. A referral matters only for Medicare-subsidised appointments under a GP care plan, and for some workers’ compensation and NDIS arrangements. First appointments run longer than follow-ups — usually 45 to 60 minutes against 20 or 30 — because they start with history and assessment.

Most clinics have HICAPS terminals, so an extras rebate comes off at the counter rather than weeks later. Worth asking when you book: whether you’ll see the same practitioner each visit, and whether the clinic bulk-bills anything at all.
