Staff are friendly and approachable. My daughters OT (Claire Wack) is accommodating and has taken the time to really get to know my daughter and tailors the sessions to suit. My daughter always looks forward to her sessions and is making great progress. Highly recommend!
Inside Out isn't just an OT business to us. They are an extension of our family. From our beautiful OTs - Elise and Keely - who support and nurture not just our children, but myself as a mother. Through to Claire and Sibela in admin. Our family feels welcomed and embraced for all of our quirky neurodivergence, and supported in a wholly professional yet warm and family like way. We could not recommend Inside Out and all that they give the world more. They're not only your occupational therapists here. They are so so much more❤️
If it’s not hard enough to raise a child with special needs, to then have a clinic that gives you the run around, not call you back or respond to emails, Incredibly unprofessional 😡
