I first came in for an appointment due to persistent neck pain that I had been struggling with for nearly three months. From the very first visit, Jake eased my pain and, more importantly, diagnosed a condition that I had no idea I had, something that had never been identified despite seeing other physicians. He sent me for X-rays to confirm this and then implemented a clear, structured treatment plan. The progress I’ve made has been genuinely life altering. I’m able to function again and continue to see improvements every single week. My children now also see Jake and each have their own treatment plans in place. He is amazing with them, what they initially found a little scary has turned into something they actually look forward to. They can’t wait for their chiropractor appointments with Jake. He is extremely professional, supportive, and has a great way of making the experience fun and comfortable for them. On top of that, he’s incredibly understanding, I’m even able to bring my little one along to my own appointments when childcare is limited, which makes a huge difference. I can’t recommend Jake highly enough.

I feel so grateful to have found Missy and experienced her Reiki sessions. Every session with her has been incredibly calming, grounding and genuinely beautiful. She creates such a safe and supportive space where I feel completely relaxed and open to the experience. For a long time I believe I had blocked my ability to receive messages because of the stress my body had been holding onto. Each time I have come to see Missy, the oracle cards she pulls and the way she interprets them are always spot on with exactly what I am going through in my life at the time. Recently something really special happened during a session. Missy spent extra time with me while I navigated a breakthrough moment, and I am so grateful I was able to have her by my side. My mind finally felt completely peaceful — there were no outside noises, just silence — and in that moment I saw a male’s facial features and a particular name come through. I asked Missy if she knew this person, but it actually turned out to be someone I had come into contact with at some point recently. Together we were able to understand where the message had come from, and Missy helped guide the spirit away with such care and calmness. I am also learning to trust my intuition more and embrace my gift while setting boundaries to protect my peace and energy. Missy has helped me understand this process and I can feel myself getting closer to accessing my gift of clairvoyance. I’ve been able to talk about past experiences of clear seeing without judgment, and instead approach them with more understanding. Missy truly has a beautiful presence and radiates calmness and safety. I always leave my sessions feeling lighter, reset and incredibly grateful. Even the people around me notice the difference in my energy after I’ve seen her. Thank you Missy for creating such a safe environment where I can unwind, heal and relearn how to navigate my vulnerabilities. I feel very lucky to have found you and couldn’t recommend your sessions more highly.

Irene is a thoughtful, considerate and attentive practitioner. From the get go, I felt extremely comfortable in her presence and her massage was totL relaxation while also target my sore spots. Energise is a beautiful practice. I am so lucky to have this in my neighbourhood.

My almost 10 year old son plays a lot of sport (baseball at the moment) and Fortnite making his neck and shoulders very tight. I took him to see Dr. Connor for his very first chiro visit and I could not be more pleased! Connor had a great way of connecting and putting him at ease. He explained everything in an easy to understand way, made sure he was comfortable throughout and gave GREAT (and easy) tips to support him without making it a chore. Ty thought it was a very cool experience and has asked to go back. Thanks Dr. Connor!

I can highly recommended a reiki session with Missy. She creates a lovely, welcoming space where you instantly feel calm and comfortable. You will leave feeling so relaxed. It's a really lovely self care experience. Missy explains everything in such great detail her knowledge is amazing and she genuinely cares. Definitely will be going back. Thankyou.
