I went to see Paula Going through a tough time with grief and insomnia , she made feel comfortable and supported me well with the release experience . Totally recommend her .

Paula welcomed my children and engaged them very quickly. Due to this they both seemed extremely confident, ready and safe to learn new skills. They had the freedom to participate and observe as much as they needed and felt comfortable. Witnessing how Paula met both of their very different levels of experience was incredible! Thank you Paula for an amazing session! We hope to do more with you over the coming weeks 🙏

Paula is so great with the kids! My son loves her sessions (he’s 7) and he looks forward to them so much. She’s patient and explains things so well and chooses really good parks for them to learn in/on. It’s an engaging and fun class that keeps them going for the full hour. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Paula’s parkour classes highly enough. Our 9-year-old son attended a class last Friday, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our son had never climbed a tree before, he’s usually a pretty cerebral little guy, but by the end of his first session, Paula had him scaling one confidently and safely. He was absolutely thrilled and so proud of himself. Paula’s guidance and encouragement were incredible. Her expertise and ability to connect with the kids made all the difference. We highly recommend Paula’s Parkour classes for any child looking to build confidence, skills, and have fun outdoors.
